About Essential Oils
Essential oils not only smell amazing, but they also carry both physical and energetic healing properties that can support you. I use only certified pure, clinically tested oils to ensure that every blend I create delivers consistent, supportive energetic and emotional benefits.
I’ve created oil blends the help to shift specific beliefs and will often use these while I’m working on you
If you are looking for a gift for yourself or others, I also intuitively create custom blends for clients, loved ones, and others.
Each blend is made with care and intention, created to help you feel more balanced and centered.
Healing Oil Blends
I originally created these oil blends for myself, and after using them with clients, I discovered how much they enhanced feelings of calm and centeredness. Today, I incorporate them into nearly every session – even during distant light running – allowing their gentle, grounding support to reach and uplift wherever it’s needed.
Fear Release
This blend helps to calm the nervous system and quiet overactive thoughts. This can create a space for you to be able to feel your fear without believing it.
It’s my most popular blend for its soothing scent & energy.
Heart Support
This blend helps support you with feeling and processing your grief. It provides a comforting, nurturing energy that encourages allowing the grief to come up as you release it.
Grounding
I created this grounding blend with a variety of tree oils known for their centering and ground effects.
If you find yourself scattered, unsure or “all over the place”, this is the perfect blend!
Face In
I am the queen of avoidance. And when I created this blend, I had no idea it would be so effective! I found that it helped me see what I had been trying to run away from.
It pairs nicely with the Shame blend – for obvious reasons.
Shame &
Guilt Release
When you find Shame & Guilt are tripping you up, reach for this blend. It’s warming, soothing scent will help you to see that you are always already forgiven.
Pairs with Face In when you see what you’ve avoided.
Release Overthinking
This blend helps release the cycle of overthinking while supporting you in connecting with your emotions. Its grounding, centering energy encourages presence, balance, and a calm, clear state of mind
Energy reset?
This blend supports energetic balance and alignment, gently clearing each chakra while encouraging acceptance of what you are experiencing. I often use it during Light Running sessions to restore flow, support presence, and cultivate centered calm.

Clearing/Raise Vibration
These two blends work beautifully together to support energetic shifts – whether you’re clearing your own energy or refreshing the energy of a space. The Density Clearing Blend gently helps release heavy, stagnant energy, while the Vibration Raising Blend uplifts and elevates the energy, creating lightness and flow. Used together, they can quickly shift energy, especially long-held density that is ready to move, bringing clarity, openness, and renewed vitality.
